This processing and privacy policy establishes the way in which the NationLogicApp application collects, stores, processes, manages, administers, transfers, transmits and/or shares the information, whether of a personal nature or not, that You supply or provide when You enter and register in the Application or in any other channel that is developed in the future by NationLogicApp, or in any way use the Application and/or the other services offered in NationLogicApp.

The information that is collected, stored, managed, administered, transferred, transmitted and/or shared about the User by NationLogicApp, may or may not be of a personal nature, may or may not be of a private nature, and may even be information or data protected by the applicable laws on personal data protection. Whatever the nature of the information, its processing, handling, storage, transfer, transmission and/or administration by NationLogicApp will respect the applicable rules on personal data protection.

The User, as owner or holder of the Personal Information, or as the subject to which said information refers, will have the rights granted to them by the respective applicable laws, in the corresponding jurisdictions where they operate. In Colombia, the Users (holders of the Personal Information), will have the rights established in Law 1581 of 2012, and in Law 1266 of 2008, and in any other regulation that modifies, replaces or complements them, in particular, but not limited to Decree 1377 of 2013, such as the rights to access, revoke, delete, update, rectify, correct, cancel and oppose their personal data and Personal Information.

“Sensitive Data” is understood to be data that affects the privacy of the User or whose misuse may lead to discrimination, such as data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in unions, social organizations, human rights organizations or that promote the interests of any political party or that guarantee the rights and guarantees of opposition political parties, as well as data related to health, sexual life and biometric data.

NationLogicApp requires the user's name and allows the uploading of images from the camera or from the user's gallery of the application to take evidence of the E14 forms of the registry. This information is stored, protected and backed up on the DEVCLOUD servers using encryption in the transport and storage of sensitive data such as the login password.

NationLogicApp is committed to fulfilling its obligation to keep personal data that is Private Information (i.e. that is not public in nature) confidential and to treat it confidentially. To this end, it takes the necessary technical, organizational and security measures to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access. The Personal Information in each User's NationLogicApp account is protected by a password for privacy and security. Users must prevent unauthorized access to their account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting the password appropriately and limiting access to their mobile device and browser by closing the session when they finish accessing their account.
